Reflections and Resources
Relationships with students joined with excitement, enthusiasm, and patience for the learning process create a proficiency based classroom.
I truly believe that the heart of education beats because of the relationships and connections we make with children. If you love what you do you can pass on the love of learning even if the content is difficult or perhaps not something in which a child is particularly interested. The time you spend with children getting to know them, understand them, and support them is critical in the learning process. I will stand by that forever. Technology allows us to view the world from the comfort of our classroom and it is my responsibility as a World Language educator to give kids the world. I am up for the challenge. |
